The Sales Supervisor will lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive performance, analyze sales data, and develop strategies to improve sales processes.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor a team of sales representatives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
Sales Strategy:
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor sales performance and report on trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Sales Reporting:
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting team performance and areas for improvement.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Inventory Management:
- Collaborate with inventory management to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels.
- Assist in forecasting demand based on sales trends.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing to align sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with other departments to enhance the customer experience.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a sales role, with at least 2-5 years in a supervisory position.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
