We are seeking a proactive and versatile HR Generalist with at least 4 years of experience to join our young Startup. This role is pivotal for defining, implementing, and smoothly operating the company's critical HR processes, affecting our employees and the large flexible workforce we provide to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, a solid understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements, and a passion for creating a work environment that attracts the best talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Policy Development and Implementation:
  • Lead the development, implementation and regular reviews of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all HR policies are in compliance with current employment laws and regulations.
  • Communicate policy changes and updates to the workforce effectively.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Define and set up of the company’s recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into the company.
  • Compliance Monitoring:
  • Conduct regular audits of HR practices and records to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Monitor and report on compliance issues, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Stay current on changes in employment law and ensure the organization’s compliance.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Define the company’s compensation and benefits programs and establish regular salary reviews and benefits programs.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and compliance issues.
  • Handle and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns and recommend appropriate actions.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Previous work experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Filipino/Tagalog).
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, able to take ownership of processes.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
