Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Closely monitor for audit findings, Identified Issue, regulatory submissions, and updates on upcoming/ongoing audits in the IT department. This includes report submissions to the regional office
- Contribute to the review of closing documents for IT Audit findings and potential risks in the IT department.
- Coordinate IT-related regulatory gap analysis with the related Points of Contact (System and Business users).
- Monitoring reports to regulators or Regional office (collecting information from various PIC in several departments, monitoring report submission and ensure PIC submit to regulator without fails)
- Support in the implementation and coordination of External IT Audits between vendors and the relevant department. (External Audit, Internal Audit )
- Support in gathering and checking audit document requests from auditors
- Provide a list of incident data for reporting to the regional office.
- Incident support
- Support to follow up Change request documentation during Change Review Board
- Support to update list for Potential issue/incident to document
- Prepare for meeting invitations if an incident occurs.
- Support IT Engagement Activities
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
