Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Tutor Chinese students who are just beginning to learn English and Filipino.
- Tutor and help students with other subjects, if any.
- Identify students' individual learning needs.
- Design activities and prepare materials needed by the students.
- Prepare homework/activities for students and check and record their works.
- Evaluate students' progress and discuss the results with your direct superior.
- Administer discipline consistently and firmly, yet lovingly.
- Show love and concern to students.
- Report to the Principal, Directress, superior, or guidance counselor any unusual observation of students.
- Attend teacher and admin staff meetings.
- All assistant teachers or tutors may be assigned as a substitute teacher, if necessary as well as assist as cashiers, assessors, ushers, or sales personnel during enrollment and special events, when needed.
- Respond to parents’ or students’ inquiries via email during designated hours/days.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, answering phone calls, etc.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Assist in admin works when there are no tutees.
- Perform other tasks as deemed necessary by the superiors.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
- Must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field and subject is required for this position.
- Must have good grammar and be able to write and speak well in English
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure. and pay attention to details
- Demonstrate a high level of commitment and professionalism..
