Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement and support strategic decision-making

Monitor budgetary performance and report on variances

Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and payment of bills

Manage customer and vendor relationships to optimize cash flow

Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes
-
Monitor internal policies, such as payroll, employee incentive calculations, billing schemes, and company reimbursement systems

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Min Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Min of 2 years of finance-accounting experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
