Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Implementing the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) function in every Line of Business
- Consolidating reports from all Line of Business Areas and creating management reports on the performance of Lines of Business at the national level
- Conducting data analysis, gap analysis, and fact-finding on the performance of Lines of Business nationwide, and providing improvement recommendations during reviews with Line of Business Areas
- Managing all improvement projects that are part of the Line of Business strategy and collaborating with related cross-functional teams to ensure the implementation of these projects
- Developing competency standards, updating materials, and control mechanisms through coordination with network management for use in the Line of Business review process with Area Heads
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Freshgraduates from any major (preferably Economics, Engineering, Marketing or Computer Science)
- Experience in Marketing/Finance/Business Process
- Excellent financial analytic skills
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
