Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsible for maintaining the company's accounting books.

Journal entry in accurate software.

Set up and interpret appropriate journals and accounts for each payable, receivable and settlement transaction and memorial journals if needed in accurate online software.

Assist Finance to track aging payable/receivable.

Record assets in accurate online software and control their depreciation every month.

Filing receipts in accordance with bank accounts every month.

Assist superiors to reconcile each account and find out the cause of the difference.

Work closely with tax consultants so that the recording and treatment of taxes from the accounting side is correct and accurate.

Assist superiors to prepare financial reports every month.
Kualifikasi Minimum
-
Min. bachelor degree in accounting
-
Good with accurate software
-
Understand English accounting terminology/can speak English

Have a tax brevet is a plus

Have experience working in accounting
-
Familiarity with Indonesia tax and accounting regulations
