Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manages the performance of the external linguists by utilizing available performance tracking tools.
  • Ensures linguists' availability and capacity to be able to meet the clients Service Level Requirement.
  • Maintains an accurate record of linguist profile, rates and assignment prioritization rating.
  • Develops a strategy on effectively pooling linguist applicants and validating their qualifications.
  • Ensures linguist satisfaction by identifying their needs and providing support as necessary.
  • Controls monthly project cost by effectively negotiating rates with linguists and monitoring accounts payables.
  • Supports the production team by providing insights and data related to the job scope.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruiting and negotiating with vendors or willing to learn.
  • Experience in successfully communicating with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition or Resource Management.
  • Familiarity with CAT tools and AVT tools/programs or willing to learn about them.
  • Knowledgeable in TEP and non-TEP processes and workflows or willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and during EMEA work hours (afternoon shift).
  • Must be willing to work on-site during training/probation period (hybrid setup will be an option upon successful completion of training).
  • Skills: Critical Thinking, Attention to Detail, Negotiation, Research, Out-of-the-box Thinking, Organizational Skills, Project Management Skills, Tech-savvy

Other Preferences:

  • Knowledge of Freelancer marketplace and ecosystem terms of service and processes.
  • Familiarity with ClickUp and Google Sheets.
  • Curious or eager to learn.
  • Able to see situations from empathetic and objective points of view in order to make sound decisions.
  • Must be okay with working at 1 PM to 10 PM.
