Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Supervise and coordinate the team in executing B2B client projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Evaluate and assess team performance regularly.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support for team improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Report project progress and any issues to senior management.
  • Facilitate training and development programs for team members.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during project execution.
  • Set and maintain standard quality of assessment and BEI delivered by Partner/Vendor
  • Conducting assessments and BEI to measure individuals' knowledge, skills, and abilities

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • I/O Psychologist or strong educational background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related fields.

  • Possess certification on Behavioral Event Interview and Assessment Center management or equivalent.

  • Proven experience as an internal assessor within a professional setting.

  • Proven record in designing and managing recruitment and selection on a large scale, preferably within B2B and mass hiring contexts.

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of project management principles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members.

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

  • Willingness to travel if required.
