Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop and execute strategies to increase seller adoption of platform features and tools. --Encourage sellers to actively engage with the platform and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Track and analyze key performance indicators to assess the health and success of sellers on our platform. Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with internal teams to implement effective solutions.
Address and resolve escalated issues from sellers, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to finding satisfactory resolutions.
Provide reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Prepare store creation (upload and delist products, sync stocks), system integration, store turnover and onboarding invites, etc.
Other tasks that may be assigned by the superior.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Bachelor's Degree in Operations or any related field.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
