Business Analyst  

Job Summary:

The Business Analyst is responsible for utilizing data analysis to drive improvements in seller performance and operational efficiency. The role supports cross-functional collaboration, process optimization, and demand planning by analyzing seller-related data, creating forecasting models, and identifying process inefficiencies. By developing dashboards and reports, the role conveys key insights to stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decisions. Additionally, the role provides essential support in documenting workflows, updating processes, and participating in company-wide projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Has 1-2 years experience on process mapping and data analysis
• Has experience on e-commerce operations and platforms like Shopee, Lazada, etc.
• Excellent attention to details
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and good presentation skills, adept at simplifying complex data insights for audiences without a technical background
• Good interpersonal skills, effectively collaborating across functional teams
• Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment.
