Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation is seeking an HR Planning Staff to join our team in Pulong Santa Cruz, Santa Rosa City, Laguna. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in managing employee remuneration and benefits.
What you'll be doing
- Assist in the implementation and administration of the company's compensation and benefits programs
- Gather and analyse data to support HR planning and decision-making processes
- Participate in the preparation of HR reports and presentations
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures
- Set up and monitor divisional budget.
- Manage payroll and policies on the HR System.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accountancy or related background.
- 1-2 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits or Payroll.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Very good with numbers.
- Can manage confidential information.
