As an Administrative and Finance Specialist, you will play a role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions and financial management within the organization. Your responsibilities will span various areas including financial reporting, budgeting, and administrative support. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Financial Management:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports. (Balance Sheet, income statement etc.)
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to various departments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to financial transactions.
- Coordinate meetings, and appointments.
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Compile and analyze data to generate reports for management review.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process efficiencies.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
