- Design, configure, and implement the SAP module to meet the business project management needs
- Configure budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control tools within SAP to support project management
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of business projects using the SAP module
- Ensure proper project setup, including budget allocation, timelines, and resource planning
- Work closely with other SAP module teams (such as FI, CO, MM, SD) to ensure seamless integration of the SAP module with other ERP processes
- Ensure data flow between project systems and relevant departments, such as finance, logistics, and procurement
- Provide post-implementation technical support for the SAP module, including identifying and resolving issues related to project orders, budgeting, and reporting
- Analyze and fix system issues related to project costs, resource allocation, and system configurations
- Conduct user training sessions on the SAP module, focusing on project tracking, resource management, budgeting, and reporting
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, user manuals, and project procedures
- Develop project performance reports using SAP, providing real-time insights on project budget utilization, resource allocation, and progress
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proven experience in implementing and configuring the SAP PS module.
- Strong understanding of project management processes and resource planning.
- Experience in integrating SAP PS with other modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD.
- Excellent analytical skills for project planning, tracking, and cost management.
- Strong communication skills to interact with project managers and cross-functional teams
