Ecommerce Specialist  

The Xiaomi Philippines team is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive eCommerce Specialist to join our team!

This role will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and expanding our online presence across various digital platforms, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving online sales. The ideal candidate has experience in eCommerce, a strong understanding of digital marketing, and insights into consumer behavior. This position is only available on-site.

• Manage and optimize Xiaomi’s product listings across eCommerce platforms
• Coordinate Xiaomi product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Regularly update product pages based on trends, analytics, and consumer feedback.
• Collaborate with customer support to improve the overall buyer journey and post-purchase experience.
• Coordinate with the inventory team to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging tools to drive Xiaomi’s eCommerce innovations.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Familiar with Lazada/Tiktok/Shopee seller centers
• Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (Mainly Laz/Shp/Tiktok and etc.).
• High excel proficiency and other Microsoft apps
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Experience managing product listings, optimizing online storefronts, and enhancing customer experience on digital platforms
