- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings and interview scheduling
- Support the onboarding process for new hires
- Respond to employee inquiries and supporting employee relations
- Ensure that the company complies with labor laws
- Ensure that the employees comply with company policies
- Issue memo and written warnings to employees wwith violations
- Coordinate with third party accounting firm regarding mandatory benefits of employees
- Payroll preparation and release
Minimum Qualifications
- Understands HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
- Able to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Able to handle sensitive information with discretion
- High accuracy in managing HR records and tasks
- Able to address employee concerns and issues effectively
- Prior work experience in an administrative or HR role is a plus
