Job Description
- This position is responsible for the coordination and execution of internal financial reporting functions to all levels of Company’s organization and providing assistance to the external reporting function.
- Also responsible for coordinating the team’s planning, process improvement and performance monitoring activities.
- Prepare the Group’s monthly financial and operating statistics report and ensure alignment with Generation and Distribution Group’s reports.
- Provide support to the FP&A manager in crafting the 10-year warchest figures through consolidation of existing assets from Generation and Distribution Group’s reports
- Extract, develop, prepare, interpret and disseminate data relevant in formulating forecasts and estimates and coordinate the completion and consolidation of budgets and financial plans
- Create, enhance and disseminate templates and forms to be used in submitting, reviewing, consolidating and communicating budgets and
financial plans. - Prepares monthly performance report or KPI and updates department’s operational plan for Strategy and Performance Management Team’s monitoring
- Coordinates the ERM activities of the team which involves reviewing, assessing, discussing, and planning risk mitigating measures and the
preparation and submission of reports to ERM Team
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Financial Management or equivalent
- Financial Modelling and Sensitivity Analysis.
- With background in Financial Planning, General Accounting, Financial Accounting Background
- Strategic Thinking and Analytical Thinking Skills
