Job Description
The Document Controller is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the document control quality system to support efficient workflow within the Project and Construction Division, in accordance with the Company goals and objectives and in compliance with ISO requirements.
- Evaluates, develops and implements techniques for the control and monitoring of generated documents in order to meet the department’s internal and external needs.
- Confers with document originators to resolve discrepancies, record required changes to documents, and notify affected teams/ departments.
- Monitors and tracks the review, approval, and distribution of documents to ensure timely completion to meet established timelines.
- Maintains updated records of all approved documents and their distribution clearly.
- Inputs document data into standard register ensuring the information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Codes all incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure documents are properly logged and placed in the appropriate document filing system.
- Ensures all confidential records are controlled in a manner which guarantees integrity, including photocopying/ scanning of documents, as applicable.
- Maintains documents under Safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
- Coordinates with the IT department to ensure effective coordination on electronic document control between the Project teams and other departments.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably a Licensed Engineer
- Excellent computer skills in MS Excel, Word, Project, Power Point
- Knowledgeable in Document Control and Monitoring
- Preferably with related work experience
- 1 vacant position available in Kibungan, Benguet
