Google Ads Specialist

Oversee the technical implementation of advertising campaigns done by the ops team across Paid search and Google-related platforms such as: Shopping, Discovery & action based YouTube campaigns. Ensuring proper campaign Setup & Optimization, and reporting.

What you will do?

Oversee the technical implementation of advertising campaigns done by the ops team across Paid search and Google-related platforms such as: Shopping, Discovery & action based YouTube campaigns. Ensuring proper campaign Setup & Optimization, and reporting.

Processes which are considered as non-standard implementation will require TAS to provide custom solutions and to work with internal teams such as product team and project managers during onboarding (tech discovery) whenever there’s a need for support surrounding Search, Shopping, Discovery & action based YouTube campaigns.
Aside from Google’s advertising platforms, TAS is responsible for learning internal and other digital platforms as part of growth and diverseness across all digital offerings. (Programmatic, Social).

Collaborate closely with the product team for new products and services that require product vetting before full endorsement to operations.

Provide training and guidance to the operations team on the effective use of social media advertising tools, targeting options, ad formats, and audience insights.

Collaborate closely with the product team for new products and services that require product vetting before full endorsement to operations.

Work with account managers / project managers as support during onboarding for technical-related activities such as campaign migration, transitioning of accounts, and assistance onboarding new customers pertaining to discovery questions.

Degree holder with at least 3 to 5 years' of experience in online marketing, digital advertising.

The ideal candidate for this role should have a deep understanding of paid search platforms, strategies, and best practices, as well as experience managing the accounts for a brand or business

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical account management role or equivalent, preferably within the Google advertising space.
Google Advertising platform expertise: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience.

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics familiarity is an advantage.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and campaign performance measurement. Ability to interpret complex metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate campaign strategies, progress, and results to internal teams and clients. Ability to provide clear instructions and guidance to creative teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
