Quality Assurance Specialist  

The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist is responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the company’s products and services. This role involves designing and executing test processes, identifying deficiencies, and implementing improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.

- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze data and generate reports on quality metrics.
- Investigate product or service issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, process improvement, or compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and methodologies.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a structured manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management tools.
