Partnership Associate  

Job Descriprions:

• Introducing and promoting the Alodokter medical referral program to quality hospitals
• Maintaining relationships with the hospital team
• Responsible for regular feedback from the hospital to the Alodokter medical referral team
• Assisting in an understanding of a partner
• Hospital operations procedures, billing processes, and patient management systems
• Assisting the hospital in understanding the operations requirements from the Alodokter medical referral team
• Assisting in resolving any problems or issues that may arise
• Acquiring a new healthcare partner.
• Engage in the market to increase your network and build partnership opportunities.
• Such other tasks that will be assigned by the Company

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of professional experience managing and growing client accounts, preferably with current experiences as a Marketing or Sales Staff in the Insurance/Corporate department at the hospital
• The business graduate (S1) is preferred
• Excellent client service skills including oral and written communication
• Good networks & relationships with hospital management
• Exceptionally strong interpersonal and client management skills
• Superior presentation skills to effectively present and sell ideas to clients
• Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and functions
• Creative thinking and problem-solving
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong negotiation skills
