Jr. Multimedia Specialist  

As a Jr. Multimedia Specialist, you will be responsible for executing all the production shoots (photography and videography).

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional organizational skills, and works well under pressure while maintaining focus on quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Execute departmental strategy in alignment with organizational and enterprise goals
- Own all phases of production, including development, pre-production, production, post, and animation
- Demonstrate field production skills, including using cameras/gear and running live events/shows
- Execute projects that enable on-time delivery of content as defined by the client
- Communicate variances between projected and actual bandwidth that supports on-time delivery and superior client relationships
- Ensure all gear is operational and routinely serviced
- Manage all projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that exceeds client expectations
- Remain on-trend with styles and production strategy
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Film/Media Production, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.

Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills with production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio systems.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, projects, and resources.

- Experience in creative software such as Adobe Premiere, Audition, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

- Photography and live sound experience is a plus.
