- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions and specifications for open positions in the Philippines.
- Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates, utilizing job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other relevant channels.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, assessing their skills, qualifications, and fit with the organization's culture.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the position, probing for relevant experience, skills, and motivation.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Conduct reference checks and verify employment history of selected candidates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and manage the negotiation and acceptance process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate profiles, interview feedback, and hiring status.
- Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires, ensuring a seamless transition from recruitment to onboarding.
- Stay informed about market trends and best practices in recruitment, recommending innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Adhere to relevant employment laws and regulations in the Philippines throughout the recruitment process, ensuring compliance and ethical standards
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Assist with the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, including conducting necessary paperwork, coordinating training sessions, and facilitating the completion of required forms
- Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, performance management processes, and training and development activities
- Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries and requests related to HR policies, procedures and programs.
- Participate in company activities (engagement and training)
- Proven experience (at least 2 years) in recruitment with a focus on the Philippines job market.
- Experience in reale state or construction industry is a plus
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
- Proficiency in using recruitment platforms, job boards, social media platforms, and other relevant channels for sourcing candidates.
- Familiarity with local labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
- With experience in employee engagement activities and training
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate and thorough assessment of candidates' qualifications.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other recruitment software.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
