Job Description
- Handle general administrative tasks for the Brand Communication Department.
- Maintain and organize department files, both physical and digital.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to ongoing projects.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Manage department budget and process purchase orders.
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
- Handle correspondence and review incoming documents.
- Assist with marketing activities, including campaigns and production.
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1)
- Fresh Graduates or 2 years of work experience
- Strong understanding of social media platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Works well with others
- Plans and executes effectively
- Handles challenges and pressure effectively
