- Assist in creating and curating engaging content across various social media platforms (Meta – Instagram & Facebook, TikTok & X
- Collaborate with the design team to produce graphics, videos, and other multimedia content also draft captions that align with the brand's voice
- Monitor social media accounts for engagement, including comments, likes, shares, and direct messages
- Assist in weekly and monthly reports on social media activities, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth
- Assist in developing innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
Minimum Qualifications
- Have a sense to distinguish brand tone and voice
- Creative and up to date what’s trending on social media
- Comfortable in front of camera
- Have keen eyes for design and aesthetics
- Basic proficiency in graphic designing & video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro)
- Basic knowledge in social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, impressions
- Good interpersonal skills
- Final year university students or fresh graduates are welcome
