· Assist in handling and processing of requests in IT Service Desk Jira Tool.
· Assist in technical and desktop support requests – includes laptop, printer, audio video
and other hardware peripheral support.
· Assist in application support related requests – account management,
troubleshooting.
· Assist in IT asset related requests including inventory.
· Hybrid work setup – 2 days onsite, 3 days WFH.
· Amenable to shifting schedule.
Minimum Qualifications
· Knowledge in Microsoft O365 (Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
· Knowledge on IT desktop remote tools
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills
· Good communication skills
· Can work with minimal supervision
· Can work with a team
