Plan and post optimized content on multiple social media pages varying in theme while following a
strategized schedule.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Selection
- Selecting from a bank of edited clips which ones to post
- Owns scheduling and posting strategy
Optimize and Post
- Writing optimized copy to videos
- Adding visual/sound elements to edited clips
- Posting a set number of Reels per day
Build and broadcast expertise
- Keeping up with Reels/TikTok content updates, trending videos and best practices
- Update a hashtags library and staying up to date on trends for relevant hashtags
- Codification of best practices
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in social media management with an understanding of short-form content (Reels, Stories, TikTok)
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple priorities
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Strong English-language skills
- Agility
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have access to a recent/newer smartphone (preferably iPhone)
