- The role involves delivering designs for ALP development projects, either through in-house design or design management. In-house planning involves delivering quality designs that meet project parameters and address specific market needs. Design management involves sourcing external expertise, defining design scope, soliciting proposals, negotiating, and awarding in behalf of the SBU.
- The role involves reviewing designs from various disciplines, performing administrative functions, and securing approvals from the SBU and senior management.
- The role involves inspecting projects during implementation to ensure compliance with specifications, quality, and budget, providing aesthetic advice, timely delivery of design output, and coordinating with the consultant team and project proponents.
Minimum Qualifications
- Site analysis
- Familiarity with laws pertinent to Architecture, Planning and Development
- Good presentation skills
- Business Orientation
- Familiarity with project management
- Good working knowledge of basic graphical software (AutoCAD, Photoshop, etc.)
- Excellent design and aesthetic sense
