Job Description
Sebagai seorang Relationship Manager Corporate Banking & Corporate Transaction akan berfokus pada layanan nasabah dan pengembangan hubungan bisnis bersadarkan sektor industri yang ditetapkan serta eksposur yang ditangani.
Adapun tanggung jawab yang dijalankan adalah sebagai berikut:
- Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan nasabah korporasi, memasarkan product Funding dan Lending, serta menjadi penghubung utama BCA dengan nasabah
- Follow up dan berkoordinasi dengan unit kerja terkait untuk memproses solusi yang diajukan kepada nasabah
- Memonitoring dan mengoptimalkan solusi perbankan pada nasabah korporasi
- Menjaga hubungan bisnis dengan nasabah korporasi serta menjalin relasi dengan nasabah potensial
Minimum Qualifications
- Lulusan S1 dari semua jurusan dengan IPK minimal 3.00
- Usia maksimal 28 tahun
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja 2 - 5 tahun sebagai Relationship Manager Corporate Banking / Corporate Transaction
- Menguasai kemampuan komunikasi bisnis dengan salah satu dari bahasa terlampir : Hokkian, Mandarin, Jepang atau Korea.
- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang kuat dengan tetap menjaga hubungan baik dengan nasabah
- Mampu membangun dan menjaga hubungan baik, dimana juga memerlukan kemampuan komunikasi yang efektif, mendengarkan secara aktif, dan empati
