Digital Paid Advertising Associates  

As a Digital Paid-Advertising Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our clients' advertising campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:

• Execute ads campaigns and monitor their progress throughout the day (mainly Meta Ads). Ensure they align with client objectives and industry best practices.
• Analyze ads results, connect all the dots, create advertising plans and ensure all campaigns run smoothly.
• Manage and optimize campaign budgets to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) effectively.
• Develop ads content including copywriting, creative angles, and audience targeting strategies.
• Maintain great relationships with the clients to understand and meet their needs.
• Track and record ads performance data and analytics for reporting purposes.
• Compose detailed weekly and monthly performance reports and presenting them to clients for review and strategy adjustments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, branding, or related fields.
• A minimum of two years of experience with digital marketing tools including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Marketplace Ads.
• Possess an in-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their best practices, algorithm, and website analytics.
• Able to plan engaging content and create visuals with CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Photoshop.
• English and Indonesian language proficiency.
• A strong desire to further develop skills in digital marketing and branding.
• Commitment to work under contract for at least one year.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model: WFO (Monday-Friday) and WFH (Saturday)
• Willingness to relocate to or commute to Citra Garden 2, West Jakarta
