Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage account portfolio and proactively identify new opportunities to upsell our products and services
  • Cross selling of Company's products
  • Proactively manage all outbound customer concerns
  • Maintain a healthy partnership with client to facilitate account renewals
  • Provide feedback to all direct inbound client enquiries in a timely manner
  • Conduct trainings of online services and other features of our products to ensure that clients get to use it effectively

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales - Event, Business Development or equivalent; background in Customer Service/Account Management is an advantage
  • Experience in selling advertising space, securing sponsorships, event partnerships and business development is preferred
  • Excellent communication and training skills
  • Strong sales and marketing persona
  • Applicants must be willing to work onsite in Makati City
