Job Description

The Role

Mainly tasked to provide support to the Account Management team in ensuring the smooth operation of the department. Also acts as a point of contact for subscribers for minor technical concerns.

Principal Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct administrative maintenance of client database (CRM)
  • Prepare drafts of all reportorial requirements of the Account Management Department as directed by the General Manager/National Sales Manager
  • Provide customer service support to the Account Management team by attending to client queries and troubleshooting any minor technical concerns. Escalates urgent concerns of clients to the concerned Account Manager
  • Manage the filing, storage, and security of documents such as order forms, billing statements, official receipts, and acknowledgment receipts.
  • Ensure product orders and payments are uploaded accurately into the Order System
  • Maintain and monitor accurate book inventory
  • Dispatching of the daily schedule of all messengers/liaisons (collections, payments, and documents for delivery)
  • Maintain local subscription requests as advised by BDC/AM team
  • Monitor subscription due for delivery/release
  • Monitor delivery of BCI publications to Research partners
  • Performs other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by General Manager/National Sales Manager from time to time

Minimum Qualifications

  • With Bachelor's degree in any course
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written form)
  • Highly proficient in the use of various electronic devices
  • Proficient in the use of different MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Candidate must be willing to report on-site in Makati City
