Job Description
What we offer for this roles:
- Basic salary, allowance, business travel reimbursement & monthly Commission - the salary range indicates the average potential earning, Uncapped earning potential through Commissions/Performance Incentives (On-target commission of at least 20,000 and above)
- Training & Development - Training is provided, but we required your commitment too!
- Benefits & Hybrid work arrangement - 60% office / 40% home
Your roles - day-to-day responsibilities:
- Actively search and prospect new potential clients.
- Perform outbound introduction calls to prospects.
- Setting appointments with potential clients.
- Understand potential client business needs. - Liaise with the decision-maker and match BCI's services that fit their business.
- Consistently achieve key performance indicators (KPI) & meet Sales targets monthly.
- Manage all sales activities through the company CRM system.
- Participate in company events/activities as required.
- Any ad-hoc task assigns from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
The ideal consultant to join our team!

Ideally, you have around 1 year of Corporate Sales experience.

A degree in Business, Marketing, and Communication is an advantage but not required.
- Determined and ready to face sales challenges.
- Result-oriented and open to learning new skills.
- Amenable to work in Makati on onsite
