The Role

BCI is looking for individuals who are willing to be assigned in Glenigan, our UK-based Company. We are looking for candidates who are interested in researching upcoming construction projects across the United Kingdom & Republic of Ireland.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and oversee the data coming through from web harvesters & scrapers
• Report any issues to relevant stakeholders
• Tidy up data after it has been scraped from the harvesters – including inputting headings, categories
• Read through planning documentation and ensure all materials from different statements are inputted onto the project
• Deduplicate companies and contacts on projects
• Ensure data is cleansed within the appropriate turn around time
• Update and ensure ongoing validity and quality of leads & projects through the system
• Database management
• Handle inbound client enquiries within given time frames
• Ability to explain BCI/Glenigan to contacts within the industry when questioned
• Other ad hoc Special Projects as required
• Uphold BCI’s company philosophies & corporate mission
• Maintain individual Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) responsibilities at all times

Job Requirements:

• A Filipino citizen who resides resides near Metro Manila
• High level of proficiency in the English language (both in verbal & written form)
• Committed to learning lots of new things
• Research related experience is an advantage
• This is a full-time role and the successful candidates will work remotely
• Must be able to start working and undergoing training right away
• Must be willing to work in night shift (4pm- 1am)
