Job Description
- Melakukan Direct Sales ke Business Partner
- Menjaga hubungan baik dengan Business Partner
- Memastikan target individu tercapai
- Memberikan input mitagasi resiko terhadap tim kredit
- Membantu proses repayment / collection lancar
Minimum Qualifications
- Berpengalaman di Bank minimal 2 Tahun sebagai (Funding Officer / Account Officer / Multifinance)
- Minimal S1 Manajemen, Business, atau jurusan terkait lainnya.
- Memiliki kendaraan pribadi beserta SIM A dan C
- Memiliki Analisa Kredit yang kuat saat melakukan visit di lapangan
- Memiliki skill presentasi dan negosiasi yang baik
- Expert di Word, Excel, dan Powerpoint
- Memiliki core database sendiri untuk menunjang pencapaian individu
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas di area Balikpapan dan sekitarnya
