Job Description
- Melakukan rekrut Business Agent (BA) untuk pengembangan jaringan sesuai dengan profil yang tepat agar mendapatkan referral Jaminan Sertifikat Rumah/Property
- Melakukan segmentasi Agent berdasarkan potensi penjualan
- Menjaga/maintain hubungan kerja yang baik dengan BA, sehingga dapat meningkatkan loyalitas BA yang sudah direkrut agar menjadi BA Produktif
- Membina dan membantu BA untuk mengembangkan strategi agency dengan tujuan menghasilkan jumlah debitur prospect (siap disurvey oleh Surveyor)
Minimum Qualifications
- Pria/Wanita Maks 30 tahun
- Min. Lulusan S1 (Semua Jurusan)
- Pengalaman Marketing di Perbankan khususnya segment Property/Mortgage lebih disukai
- Fresh Graduate dipersilahkan melamar
- Target Oriented
- Memiliki Kemampuan Komunikasi yang baik
- Single / Belum Menikah
- Memiliki Sim C Aktif dan Kendaraan Pribadi
