- Lead and direct the team to ensure optimal service availability
- Dividing tasks and responsibilities to monitoring team members according to expertise and operational needs.
- Ensure that all monitoring systems (monitoring tools) run well and accurately.
- Oversee 24/7 service monitoring activities to detect potential problems or service disruptions early.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve process monitoring and incident response
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience as a leader in operations team and monitoring production tools.
- Implement / Integrated Monitoring Tools Datadog, Windows Server, Linux, Web Server (IIS, Nginx) .
- Create automate action alert, SQL Query
