Job Description
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources
- Create & maintain database
- Create & develop dashboard for HR
- Collect and analyze data to identify trend or potential issue
- Analyze and Design HR Business Process and Business Flow based on requirement
- Constructing technical diagram (ERD/Class Diagram/etc.), analyzing system capabilities, and gap analysis
- Ensure the arrangement and system development align with the user’s requirement
- Identity the user’s need and available business process, and collaborate with programmer Team to ensure the possibility and development timeline
- Monitor running business process and workflow system, and enhance for system effectiveness
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Expert in microsoft excel
- Expert in Google Studio
- Expert in Power BI
- Experience in building database
- Experience working with statistical software or data analysis tools.
