Job Summary

1. Writes articles for The V’s official digital and print channels
2. Covers events for post-event articles and post promotional materials to be published company’s preferred channels
3. Participates in brainstorming sessions and content planning for The V’s official channels

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1. Writes short-form and long-form articles for the company’s official website, microsites, and newsletters.
2. Writes video description for the company’s official video platform, vtube.
3. Acts as a Staff Writer to producer creative content for the company’s magazine.
4. Handles posting of announcements (pre-event, during, and post event) on WhatsApp and Email platforms.
5. Participates in brainstorming for marketing strategies to be applied in all of V’s marketing materials. This includes event promotions, websites, magazine, and apps.
6. Covers events such as conventions, world tours, and business presentations for pre, during, and post-event stories to be published on the V’s preferred channels.
7. Supplies material for marketing requests, such as copies/taglines for events, announcements, and promotions.
8. Manages the V Communications’ library of publications and periodicals acquired for reference.
9. Writes a monthly report in adherence with the promulgation calendar.
10. Performs other duties that may be assigned.

• A graduate of Mass Communication/Communication Arts/Literature or the likes.
• Must be able to communicate well in English (written and verbal).
• Can create creative materials in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a vivid imagination and be able to handle criticism and rejection.
• Able to work with teams and independently and can promote themselves and their work.
• Must be able to create original and catchy copies.
