Relationship Management Development Program (RMDP) merupakan salah satu program akselerasi dari BTPN untuk membentuk kemampuan sales dan leadership untuk Retail Funding Business
Melalui RMDP, kamu akan mengikuti berbagai pelatihan menarik, seperti wealth management dan creative thinking, yang akan langsung diaplikasikan dalam proyek intensif.
Kamu akan menjadi wajah BTPN yang memperkenalkan inovasi dan membangun koneksi untuk ikut berkontribusi dalam mengubah kehidupan jutaan orang.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications
- Lulusan S1 dengan min. IPK 2.75
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun dalam bidang sales atau marketing.
- Usia maksimal 27 tahun.
- Berpenampilan menarik.
- Persuasif dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
- Bersedia untuk ditempatkan di Jakarta, Medan, Makasar, Bandung dan Surabaya
