As the Business Development Associate, you play a crucial part in building up and scaling Bukas’ impact and reach to more Filipinos. You will secure partnerships with higher education institutions, and co-develop solutions that help Bukas better serve Filipino students.

- Teamplayer and communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills, and are confident in engaging with school administrators
- Experienced, or strong interest in, B2B sales and business development: At least 2+ years of experience in business development and closing deals
- Fast-learner and experimenter: Ability to quickly to understand pain points of schools and to develop creative solutions that address these needs
- Translates analytics to action: Strong analytical skills; capable of identifying trends, patterns and insights using data. Uses the key learnings to implement impactful initiatives quickly. Highly capable Google Sheets. SQL proficiency is a super plus.
