Accounts Manager (AM)  

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversees the project by managing the different roles and deliverables within the organization
• Creates, develops and sustains client relationships
• Drives the organization’s various internal processes from concept/planning to execution

Account Management

• Manages clients to generate more sales for the business
• Ensures client’s needs and wants are met and aligned with their brand guidelines
• Sets and attends meetings with clients
• Sends weekly/monthly updates to client

Project Management

• Ensures quality execution of the project
• Creates project Cost Estimates
• Ensure projects are within budget and properly billed
• Creates Job Orders and/or cascade emails to creatives, operations, and production teams
• Creates and manages timelines of each project
• Ensures problems are being solved and implements improvements when needed
• Sets internal alignment meetings with respective teams
• Develops Post Mortem Reports
• Sends PSR reports

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in below-the-line activities such brand activations, manpower deployment, sampling & events
• Possesses interpersonal, analytical and verbal/written communication skills
• Experience in creating, developing, and sustaining client relationships
