- Assist in the research and planning of Cetta French's overall content in collaboration with the Social Media Team;
- Assist with backing up the upload of Cetta French's social media content, if needed;
- Upload content to Cetta French's social media channels, as previously agreed upon with the Social Media Team;
- Help respond to all non-sales-related direct messages and comments across Cetta French's social media platforms;
- Actively engage with users across all of Cetta French's social media platforms;
- Research and compile lists of potential speakers for Instagram/TikTok live sessions, collaboration posts, class endorsements, guest creators, paid promotions, merchandise, and similar initiatives;
- Contact students who have provided testimonials for collaborations or ads
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma III or Bachelor's degree in any major (preferred Japanese Literature)
- Having great knowledge about Japanese culture would be a plus
- Proficient in using WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok
- Able to work in groups or individually
- Has good communication skills, creativity, attention to new trends and collaboration
