- Assist in content research and planning for Cetta English & ElevaU in collaboration with the Social Media Specialist
- Upload content on Cetta English & ElevaU’s social media platforms according to the schedule
- Respond to direct messages (DMs) and comments on Cetta English & ElevaU’s social media
- Actively engage with the audience across all social media platforms
- Create 4 content per month aligned with Cetta English’s brand persona
- Research and propose potential collaborators for Instagram/TikTok
- Contact and follow up with testimonial students from ads/collaborations to collect and complete the required data
- Provide backup support for content uploads when needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Have at least 6 months of experience in Social Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Fresh graduates from a Marketing, Communications, English Literature or related field are welcome
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their unique features
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Fluent in English will be a plus point
