Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist with experience in the ABA field to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn to attract qualified candidates for Behavioral Technician and Registered Behavioral Technician positions.
• Application Review/Candidate Screening: Review applications, screen candidates, and provide recommendations to the hiring team.
• Conduct Interviews: Schedule and conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills and fit for the role, and provide constructive feedback.
• Send Job Offers: Prepare and send job offers to selected candidates, ensuring clarity and professionalism in communication.
• Onboard Qualified Candidates: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring the completion of all necessary requirements.
• Assist Candidates: Support new hires during onboarding, helping them navigate requirements and addressing any questions.
• Manage Trackers: Maintain and update candidate status trackers, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of recruitment progress.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience in ABA: Previous experience as a recruiter in an ABA company, specifically recruiting Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavioral Technicians.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
• Task Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize accordingly.
• Work Under Pressure: Demonstrated ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
• Client-Facing Skills: Comfortable interacting with clients.
• Experience with Tools: Familiarity with RethinkBH, Clear i-9, DocuSign, Sapphire, MS Office 365, Data Tracking Tools, and BambooHR
