Job Description
As a Product Copywriter, you will create compelling, concise, and user-friendly copy that enhances digital experiences and improves user engagement. Guided by the principle of "Don’t make me think," your writing will help users quickly grasp digital messages, product features, and actions without confusion, creating a seamless and intuitive experience. In addition to UX copy, you will also craft persuasive and visually engaging copy for marketing materials such as posters, brochures, and digital ads, ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.
You will collaborate with UX designers, marketing specialists and other stake holders to create intuitive in-product messaging, microcopy, and persuasive digital content that improves user engagement, simplifies interactions, and ensures a smooth and intuitive user journey.
Responsibilities
- Write clear, concise, and engaging microcopy for marketing tools, websites, mobile apps, and digital products (e.g., buttons, error messages, tooltips, notifications).
- Develop persuasive digital content, including landing pages, email campaigns, and social media copy, ensuring a seamless brand experience.
- Analyze user flows and identify areas where copy can improve clarity, accessibility, and engagement.
- Plan the copy style in accordance with the targeted user.
- Analyze potential user journeys to ensure a seamless and logical overall experience.
- Discover impactful copy that enhances user-product interactions by understanding the product design and development process through collaboration with designers and marketing team.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, and developers to ensure copy aligns with design and functionality.
- Conduct necessary research and analyze feedback to refine and improve copy effectiveness, and optimize copy for discoverability, engagement, and conversions.
- Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and style across all digital touchpoints.
- Work with product teams to simplify complex concepts and make interactions intuitive.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (any major).
- Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to create both UX-focused copy and marketing content.
- Basic understanding of UX principles, user behavior, and digital content strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent in Indonesian and English communications (both verbal and written).
- A portfolio showcasing UX writing and digital copy projects is required.
