Key Account Manager | Alabang, Muntinlupa  

Sales Obejctives:

• Achieve monthyl sales target of specific dealer/s both in revenuw and in units across alll product format and brands.

Account Development:

• Create programs that will grow the aircon busines of the dealer;
• Review/ Analyze SO and market data to identify trends and recommend interventions to address gaps and seize opportunities in the assigned dealer;
• Creating programs that will increase throughput of the dealer assigned;
• Coordinate, agree, drive, monitor and evaluate programs that will influence decision making process of the dealer;
• Conduct regular business review with the dealer;
• Set directions and strategied in the dealer assigned to ensure that the company leads the growth of the dealer's business.

Execution:

• Ensures that all agreements with the dealer and sell out team are delivered on a monthly basis;
• Flawless in-store 5P Execution;
• Lead and manager TPA sell out team in ensuring sell out happens as per plan;
• Evaluate execution -- both TPA and in store, to ensure that the company standards are met.

Budget Management:

• Evaluate all programs executed via dealer budget and ensure full year spending stays with the assigned cost to sales ratio;
• Recommend future activities to participate in, based on account strategy

• College graduate of any 4-year course, preferably business or management course.
• Computer proficient (MS Office applications).
• At least 5 years working experience in Key Accounts/ Modern Trade
• Supervisory/managerial skills.
• People handling skills.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
