Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end process faculty recruitment
- Post job vacancies in BambooHR and other sourcing platforms
- Filter candidates through resume screening, phone interviews and initial assessments
- Prepare contracts and other onboarding requirements of incoming faculty
- Conduct onboarding orientation for new instructors and prepare course-related pages as required
- Ensure compliance of teaching and non-teaching pre-employment requirements
- Implement faculty evaluations and student surveys including data collection, processing, analysis and reporting
- Prepare and track budget items related to the position’s job description and responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of financial trackers and payment monitoring of students as required
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management and other similar courses
- At least 3 years experience of relevant experience in Human Resources
- General background and/or experience in Performance Management, Events Management, Coaching and HR Systems
- Familiarity in the use of database management systems such as Airtable or Oracle is preferred
- General knowledge and enthusiasm with Traditional and Digital Arts, Multimedia, Information Technology and Game Development is a distinct advantage
- Strong relationship-building and business communication skills
- Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work around new tools and processes is an advantage
- Proactive worker who can work with minimum to no supervision
