Job Description
- Keep the CEO on track and manage his workload by taking detailed notes, tracking action items, and ensuring the most important priorities are being met in a timely way
- Handles customer and employer information confidentially
- Manage workflow and organize documents using Microsoft Planner
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks including:
- Monitoring and managing the client’s email
- Managing calendar of appointments
- Data Entry - Filling out forms and doing other routine tasks
- Booking and arrangement of travels
- Basic Book Keeping using Quickbooks online
- Complete adhoc projects as assigned – such as personal events and/or family needs
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Excellent Multi-tasking skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong customer-service and presentation skills
- Proficient in Quick books
- Experience in doing Accounts Payable and basic accounting task is a plus
- (UK Accent)
Education and Work Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration and other computer programming related course
- At least 1 year of proven experience as Virtual Assistant or other relevant position
