- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and flowcharts for the company's business processes.
- Create job descriptions, KPIs, and competency requirements for all subsidiaries.
- Ensure the accuracy of the company's organizational structure monthly / quarterly.
- Ensure performance appraisals are conducted according to schedule.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business, Management, or Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field from a reputable university.
- Have internship experience in Organizational Development area
